Local SEO in Fort Worth is about ranking where you really work, in a city with more land than Dallas: 347.27 square miles, ringed by Loop 820 and still growing north toward Alliance. I set up your Google Business Profile, citations, area pages and a review routine, from $600, with honest service areas.
Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence. In Fort Worth, distance splits the city into three very different searches.
Downtown, the Stockyards and the TCU area sit inside the loop. Businesses here compete over short distances, so the primary category, photos and reviews decide who shows first.
Loop 820 runs through Lake Worth, Saginaw, Haltom City, North Richland Hills and Hurst. People there often see businesses from their own suburb first. If you work both sides, list those suburbs and give each a real page.
AllianceTexas covers 27,000 acres along I-35W, SH 114 and SH 170. A shop in south Fort Worth is a long drive from those searches, and Google's distance factor knows it. Commercial service companies should treat it as its own market.
Each step is part of my local SEO for service businesses. In Fort Worth the work is mostly about drawing the service area honestly.
I check categories, services and the address setup. If you drive to customers, the address is hidden and the service area covers the parts of Tarrant County you really work. One profile, no duplicates.
Matching name, address and phone on Apple Maps, Bing, BBB, Yelp and the Fort Worth chamber directories you belong to. Then a page per service and per area you cover.
A review link you can text after each job and a reply to every review. A review that says what you did and where is proof the next customer can read.
And 32.6% speak a language other than English at home (Census, 2020 to 2024). A Spanish service page helps those customers pick you, and so does a Spanish reply to a Spanish review when someone on your crew can write it.
In late April 2026 the National Weather Service logged softball-size hail around Springtown in Parker County and near Godley in Johnson County. If you serve those counties, list them honestly and have a storm page ready before the season.
The website half of the job: pages, speed and calls. It pairs with the local SEO on this page.
Web design in Fort WorthBus24, a passenger transport company in Poland, grew organic traffic 300%, and Sonder Services, a Google Ads agency, grew it 260% off a low base. Same work, different markets.
Here's what clients say after working with me.

I design, build and look after every site myself, from the first call to launch and after. No account managers and no hand-offs, so the person you talk to is the person doing the work. 30+ projects for small businesses in 12+ countries.
“Calls and bookings are up 20x within a few months of launch, traffic has jumped massively, and I'm ranking higher on Google with far more engagement.”
“Their professional approach, effective communication, and commitment to meeting client expectations ensured a smooth and efficient project execution process.”
“The UX design exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say I now have the website I always envisioned for myself and my clients.”
“Since the redesign, we've gotten more bookings and appear in the 1st page of searches more often now.”
“I was impressed by Dat Design Lab's attention to detail and deep investment and interest in the project.”
“The service, quick availability, and incredibly fast response time to questions were particularly outstanding.”
Setup is a one-time fee: profile, citations, first area pages and a review link.
Optional monthly work runs $300 a month for content only, or $550 a month with link outreach. Link outreach earns what it earns, so I don't guarantee links or rankings.
Ask for a quoteThe address has to be your real one, in whatever city it sits. You can't add Fort Worth to the business name either, because Google bans location words that aren't part of your real name. Add Fort Worth as a service area and give it a proper page on your site.
Sometimes, at the edges, but don't plan around it. Google weighs how far you are from the person searching, and Alliance is a long way up I-35W. If that market matters, a real staffed location up there changes the result. More keywords don't.
Only if it's a real location that's staffed during business hours or has clear signage. Google allows one profile per business per location and rejects virtual offices and remote mailboxes. A made-up second address is one of the quickest ways to lose both listings.
Start with the basics: Apple Maps, Bing, BBB and Yelp. Then the local ones you qualify for, like the Fort Worth Chamber, Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber or Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber member directories. Identical details everywhere matter more than a long list.
Keep the one with your reviews and history, and ask Google to remove the other as a duplicate. Google wants one profile per business, and two listings split your calls and reviews between them. Then check that the one you keep has the right address setup and your real Fort Worth service areas.
