An HVAC website has to work in two seasons: AC calls when it's hot, heating calls when it's cold. I build fast HVAC sites with click-to-call on every page, a page for each service, and seasonal offers you can change yourself. One fixed price, from $1,200.
Most no-cool calls come from a phone, from someone standing in a hot house. The site has to work for that person first.
Click-to-call sits at the top of every page on mobile, and it uses the same number as your Google Business Profile, so Google can match the two.
From a February 2026 SearchLight Digital benchmark of 888 contractors. Ads stop when you stop paying. A site that ranks keeps the phone ringing.
A spring AC tune-up offer, a fall furnace check. One banner you can edit in a minute, so the site always matches the season.
A typical build is 5 to 6 pages. Larger sites add a page for every service and city.
The page most summer calls land on. Fast, short, call button first.
Brands you install, financing, and what a replacement involves.
Your winter page, so the site still works in December.
A growing search on its own, worth its own page.
What is included, the price and a simple sign-up form.
The cities you cover, with response times you can stand behind.
Here is what the same approach did for clients in other industries.

15 minutes. We talk about your business, the area you serve and what the site needs to do.
One price in writing before any work starts. No hourly billing.
I design and build the site, you review it, and it goes live on your domain.
Real reviews from real clients, copied word for word from where they posted them.

I design, build and look after every site myself, from the first call to launch and after. No account managers and no hand-offs, so the person you talk to is the person doing the work. 30+ projects for small businesses in 12+ countries.

That's a 5 to 6 page site. Larger sites with a page for every service and city run $2,500 to $4,500. Local SEO setup adds from $600.
Estimate your costA 5 to 6 page site is $1,200 to $2,500 as one fixed price. Larger sites with a page for every service and city run $2,500 to $4,500. The cost calculator shows the full ranges.
A simple 4 to 6 page site usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly your copy, photos and feedback come in. You get a timeline with your quote.
The website helps, but the map results mostly run on your Google Business Profile, your reviews and how close the searcher is. Local SEO setup starts at $600 and covers your profile, service area pages, citations and a review link. See local SEO for service businesses.
Yes. Sites are built on WordPress, so adding a photo, changing your hours or editing a service is a few clicks. If you would rather not touch it, a care plan covers updates and edits from $39 a month.
No. I am based in Dallas, TX and work with businesses anywhere in the US over video calls. Same process and prices.
In Texas, HVAC companies must include their ACR license number in advertising (16 TAC §75.71). Rules differ by state, so check yours. I add the number to the footer of every site either way. I'm a web designer, not a lawyer.
