Product Display & Filtering

  • Issue: Users found it difficult to identify compatible vs. non-compatible products
  • Recommendation: Implement dynamic filtering that only displays relevant products based on vehicle selection, reducing clutter and confusion

Navigation & Shopping Flow

  • Issue: Many users relied on the browser’s back button to navigate, causing frustration
  • Recommendation: Introduce breadcrumb navigation and clear category links to improve shopping continuity

Cart Experience Optimization

  • Issue: Being immediately redirected to the cart page disrupted shopping momentum
  • Recommendation: Implement a mini-cart feature that allows users to view and edit their cart without leaving the page, keeping them engaged

Product Details & Checkout Flow

  • Issue: Clicking on a product forced users to a separate page, increasing load times and reducing shopping fluidity
  • Recommendation: Use overlay modals to show product details without leaving the page, keeping users in the browsing flow
