These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of datdesignlab.com (the “site”), operated by Dat Design Lab, a sole proprietorship run by Dat Truong, based in Silesia, Poland. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Portfolio work is shown with the permission of the clients involved and remains the property of its respective owners.
You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or reuse any content for commercial purposes without my prior written consent.
The site describes the services I offer, including UX/UI design, website design and development, SEO, and hosting and care plans. Any information about services, pricing, or timelines on the site is for general guidance and does not form a contract.
When you engage me for a project, the work is governed by the separate proposal, scope of work, or agreement we sign for that project. Those documents, not these Terms of Use, set out the specific terms of our working relationship. If there is any conflict between a signed project agreement and these terms, the project agreement takes precedence for that work.
The site may contain links to third-party websites. I provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them. I am not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site, and visiting them is at your own risk.
